A mechanical engineer by background Nick has worked in cutting edge Research, Development & Demonstration (RD&D) for over 15 years. Initially as a gas turbine engineer with Siemens Energy, followed by over 11 years with the UK Government leading multi-million pound CCUS innovation programmes and now with 8 Rivers to help commercialise their portfolio of game-changing decarbonisation technology. 8 Rivers is a climate technology company that is pioneering the clean energy and climate future through the invention and commercialization of infrastructure-scale technologies to enable the global energy transition. The current 8 Rivers portfolio includes but is not limited to: NET Power, 8RH2, 8 Rivers Energy, TarT, Calcite, and KC8.
